Information Collection and Use
The Better Health Club, a distributor of Golden Neo-Life Diamite (GNLD) products, is the sole owner
of the information collected on this site, www.thebetterhealthclub.com. We will not sell, share, or
rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. The
Better Health Club collects information from our users at several different points on our website.
ORDER
Our order form collects the following information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Address
- City
- State
- Zip Code
- Country
- Phone #
- E-mail Address
- Card Type
- Credit Card #
- Expiration Date
- Shipping Address (if different)

All the items are required. Contact information is used for order verification or
to follow up with a problem regarding an order. Billing information is used for
collecting payment and shipping information is used to fill customer's orders.

Customer Status
We allow the following conditions for placing an order:
- Non-member, no customer login account, retail
- Non-member, valid customer login account, distributor pricing
- Member, with a valid customer login account, distributor pricing
- Member, no customer login account (using our generic customer login), distributor pricing
Customers and members can log into their accounts by selecting the "customer login" link from the
home page or shopping cart. If a customer has not logged into their account,
checkout will require the customer to manually enter
required order information.
The customer checkout will require a valid email address and password to locate their login
account information. If an invalid email address and/or password is entered, the customer
will be asked if they would like their password emailed to their email account or if they
would like to create a new customer account.
A member must use a customer account to checkout and receive distributor pricing. Existing
members without a customer account will be able to enter their member number. If this
customer does not wish to create a customer account, they can continue to checkout
receiving distributor pricing by using a generic customer account and password provided by the
website. The web page displaying the generic customer account cannot be accessed without
entering a valid member number.
Customers with existing member numbers will be encouraged but not forced to create a customer account.

Login Customer Account Information
The login customer account will allow customers to create and mange their personal information
on the website. The customer account will simplify checkout for return customers, since their
order information bill be retrieved from the login customer account at checkout.
The login customer account information will provide the following features:
- The customer can create a customer account based upon an email address and password.
- Once your login customer account is created, the customer can access the account by
entering a valid email address and password. The customer will allow updates to their personal
information. The customer account will also allow choosing NOT to store any credit card
information. The customer account will also allow the customer to delete their account
information from the website.
- Once a customer account is created after a valid member number is entered, the
customer will no longer need to remember their member number. Logging into your
customer account will entitle you to distributor pricing. If you choose not to create a
customer account and use our generic customer account you will always need to enter your
member number for distributor pricing.
- The generic customer account fields are blank and cannot be edited.
- The customer account will provide a "forgotten password" feature. If a customer
forgets their password, they can enter their email address and their zip code and ask the
system to send their password to their email address. The website will immediately send
the associated password to the email address stored in the website.
- The customer account order information will automatically fill in the checkout form
including the customer member number for distributor pricing.
- The customer account information
will allow customers to retrieve prior orders based upon the order number and/or ordered date.
You may view your orders by accessing your account. Clicking on an order will display the order
information from a prior order. The customer can add the items to their shopping cart or return
to the list of prior orders. The customer will be able to add or remove items from their shopping
cart if necessary and edit their order.
- Customer account will also have access to the Reminder Program.
- Customer must login and click on "Access my account" to update their account information, change password, change email address, view order history and activate reminder program.

Reminder Program
The reminder program will notify or remind customers to place an order or to
visit the website by email. The customer must have a valid customer account to
activate the reminder program. The customer initiates the reminder program by
accessing their login customer account and selecting the number of days
between notifications from 7 to 180 days. An email message will be sent to
the email address when the number of days has expired. The minimum frequency
for notifications will be seven days. The customer may opt out of the reminder
program by setting the number of days between notifications to 0.

Newsletter Signup
Users who choose to subscribe to the Better Health Club's newsletter will need to provide us
with their email address. The email address is only used to send the newsletter. If a user no
longer wishes to receive the newsletter, please see the Choice/Opt-out section below.

Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates. For instance, by setting a cookie on our site, the user would not have to log in a member number more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. If a user rejects the cookie, they may still use our site. The only drawback to this is that the user will be limited in some areas of our site. For example, the user will need to enter their member number on every item purchased to accumulate purchases at discounted prices.

Sharing
We use an outside shipping company or GNLD to ship orders, and a credit card processing company Authorize.Net to bill users for goods and services. Your credit card entered goes "directly" to Authorize.Net for processing. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site

This web site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that we the Better Health Club are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by this Web site.

Security
This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users
submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both
online and off-line. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive
information (such as credit card number and/or social security number), that
information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software
in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock
icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft
Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you
are just 'surfing'.
While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do
everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users'
information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted
in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific
job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are
granted access to personally identifiable information. Our employees cannot
access personally identifiable information, only the principals of the Better
Health Club has access through password protected files. Furthermore, ALL employees
are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Every quarter, as well
as any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded
about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our
customers' information is protected.

Communication
We follow up via email regarding orders placed on our site such as confirming the
order or following up on any problems with the order. Users who purchase products
as individuals will not receive any promotional communications from us.
Users who choose to become Distributor Members after placing an order will
receive a welcoming email to verify member number. We do not send promotional
communications to our Distributor Members.
Users who are interested in becoming a distributor of GNLD products will be
directed to GNLD's web site to complete the distributor application form and all
information collected is governed by GNLD's privacy policy. Distributors will
receive communications, such as a quarterly magazine, from GNLD. The Better
Health Club does not have any control over GNLD's use of Distributor's information.

Choice/Opt-out
Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter may opt-out of receiving this by clicking on the
unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email or email us at

If a user needs to make a correction or an update to their order information, they can do so by

Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our Homepage so our users are
always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose
it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that
stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an email. Users will have a choice
as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in
accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
